With extensive experience in education and adolescent mental health, our therapists understand the unique pressures facing today’s children, teens, and parents. Drawing on evidence-based approaches and training from Gordon Neufeld’s Power to Parent framework, we help families strengthen connection, improve communication, and foster resilience in both children and caregivers.
